FrenoFlux — with high power density

The motor is based on the axial flux concept, where the magnetic field passes between two stators and the rotor in the axial direction. This design allows for high torque in compact dimensions.

Thanks to the low rotor mass and small moment of inertia, the motor has excellent dynamic properties, which is particularly advantageous for vehicle propulsion.

Development & Production

The motor was developed with emphasis on manufacturing simplicity, reliability and construction quality. The entire development was initiated and carried out by me in our family company focused on small-batch mechanical production.

The concept was designed so that the entire product could be manufactured locally without the need for complex cooperation with external suppliers.

The entire process, from the first sketch to the final prototype, took 3 years.
